Pre-Arrival

The biostation’s care concierge team will contact you to schedule your pre-arrival appointments.
- Complete required laboratory testing remotely
- Schedule your consultation (virtual or in-person) prior to arrival
- Arrange any optional services (aesthetic consultations and treatments)
You have the option of preparing for your Total Wellness Evaluation by having your necessary blood work completed at a lab near you. Mobile phlebotomy may also be available in some areas. Speak to the biostation’s patient care team for more information about scheduling this pre-arrival appointment and timing for when is best to schedule.
Day 1
Welcome
- Check in and settle into Carillon, taking advantage of the state-of-the-art amenities or indulging with one of the spa or wellness services included in your retreat.
- Meet with a Wellness Concierge for a resort tour to know your way around (optional).
- For those who scheduled an on-site blood draw, you can find more about blood panel details here.
- Relax in the IV Lounge at the biostation wellness center on the 4th floor with a Nutrient IV treatment that replenishes vital nutrients.
- Recharge with your daily nutrient injection.
- Begin your wellness journey by setting up your Bryte Balance™ Smart Bed profile with preferences and personalization.

- Meet with one of our board-certified medical experts (in-person or virtually) to discuss your personal medical history and lifestyle, review your test results and answer any questions you may have.
- Recharge with your daily nutrient injection.
- 60-minute fitness assessment overview
- Immerse yourself in one of the country’s largest Thermal Hydrotherapy Circuit and move between hot and cold areas to warm, cleanse, and relax prior to a spa treatment or following exercise to help stimulate circulation, bring relief from pain, decrease stress and rejuvenate the body.
Day 3
Rejuvenate
- Check your Sleep Insights on your Bryte app to learn about your sleeping patterns and monitor them through the course of the retreat.
- Revitalize the mind with daily meditation, offered as one of our many mindful movement classes.
- Refuel at The Strand, offering a healthy selection to start the day.
- Replenish with a Nutrient IV treatment at the biostation.
- Enjoy your 50-minute Vitamin D Body Treatment by Skin Authority to continue your journey to rejuvenation.
- Discover the power of BioCharger NG
- Recharge with your daily nutrient injection.
- We recommend a second dose of relaxation in the Thermal Hydrotherapy Circuit. To help stimulate circulation, bring relief from pain, decrease stress and rejuvenate your body at The Spa.
Day 4

- Start your day with one of 75+ fitness classes offered to get your body moving.

Post-Stay
Follow-up Wellness with the biostation
Your Patient Advocate and the biostation team will consistently follow up with you to ensure you’re achieving the results you desire and answer any questions you may have about your recommended treatment plan. All of your treatment can be supported and continued remotely via the biostation’s HIPAA compliant telemedicine platforms.
- Ongoing monitoring and support through virtual video consultations, lab testing, and follow-up care from your clinical concierge.
- 45-day progress reports to your medical provider tracking symptom improvements and health goals. If adjustments are needed, we provide complimentary reviews and solutions to ensure successful, sustainable long-term outcomes.
- Continued support and guidance for sustained health improvements.

Need To Know:
Health retreats must be booked 14 days prior to arrival and are subject to availability and black-out dates. Final retreat price is contingent on stay dates. First night’s deposit taken upon booking. 14 days prior to stay, full amount will be charged, non-refundable with flexible cancellation option.
Group fitness class schedules change weekly and some classes may not be available the days of your stay. All treatments, services and appointments are encouraged to be scheduled prior to your stay in order to provide you with a finalized itinerary and confirm availability.
