*Please note that we do have an age requirement to use some of the facilities. Guests must be at least 16 to access the Thermal Experience, treatment areas and fitness areas with a parent or guardian. Programming and private fitness classes are available for those under 16, also must be accompanied with a parent or guardian.

To schedule an appointment, please call our Wellness Concierge. If you are a hotel guest, you may dial extension 46699 from your room or simply book using your in-room device. Non–hotel guests may call 866-276-2226 for appointments and information. We recommend advance booking to ensure availability of your preferred time and service.

Kindly note that a 50% deposit is required for treatments booked as part of your Spa day experience.

Please be aware that arriving late may affect the length of your treatment. Your service will end on time so as not to delay the next guest. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling spa services to avoid a 100% charge.

 For your comfort, a robe and slippers will be provided at the Spa. Please disrobe to your level of comfort. Undergarments may be worn during spa treatments but aren’t necessary. Our professionally trained and licensed staff use proper draping techniques to protect your privacy and comfort at all times. 

Shaving is not recommended prior to any body exfoliation treatment. We suggest that men shave at least three hours before a facial treatment.

The Spa is a place of relaxation and tranquility. To preserve this serenity, we respectfully ask that you silence your cell phone and refrain from using it in any area of the spa, including the lobby.

All spa and salon services are subject to an additional 22% service charge as well as sales tax. Therefore, no additional tipping is necessary or anticipated. Rates are subject to change without notice.
