• By joining the Program, you agree to these Terms.

• Earn points when you book eligible services.
• Receive exclusive discounts for select spa services.
• Services that are eligible for points and exclusive savings are labeled Society Rituals.
• Redeem points for rewards.
• Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• Discounts are non-transferable.
• Services must be booked directly through Carillon to be eligible for points or savings.
• Carillon’s Spa Service Policies apply to the Spa Society program.

• Exclusive pricing on 50-minute treatments starting at $189 for massages, body treatments, & facials.
• Exclusive savings of an increasing $10 off for your first four eligible services within one calendar month for up to $40 off.
• After each calendar month, savings reset to the original wellness enthusiast pricing of $189.
• Savings are not transferable. Society Ritual services can only be enjoyed by the Wellness Enthusiast at the Enthusiast’s exclusive pricing.

• 10 points for Enjoying Society Ritual spa services booked through Carillon.
• 20 points for booking their next spa appointment at the front desk after enjoying a spa service.
• 5 points for indulging with an added enhancement.

• Points can only be earned for services received after successfully completing the Spa Society registration.
• Points will appear in your account after the eligible spa service transaction. Points for rebooking a spa service will be received at the transaction following the newly booked service after the service has been enjoyed.
• Birthday points are earned in place of the regular 10 points for Society Rituals.
• Promotional point offers may have separate rules.
• For services where a cancellation fee is placed, Wellness Enthusiasts will not receive points for the services.

• Minimum redemption: 60 points for 2 day passes.
• Points cannot be used with other discounts.

• Rewards can be transferred by emailing wellnessconcierge@carillonhotel.com
• Redeemed rewards can be enjoyed for a maximum of two separate occasions.
• Touchless Services must be redeemed alongside a day pass redemption.
• Rewards are not redeemable during federal holidays or Mother’s Day. Additional blackout dates may apply.
• Rewards contain no cash value and cannot be returned or exchanged for money, products, services, or credits.

• A Spa Society Wellness Enthusiast must be the one to book the group.
• Groups must have a minimum of 3 guests.
• For bookings, the Wellness Enthusiast must email wellnessconcierge@carillonhotel.com at least 48 hours in advance with each guest’s full name and email to receive exclusive pricing.
• Exclusive group pricing is dependent on the number of current Wellness Enthusiasts in the party.
• Wellness Enthusiasts receive 10 points for booking the Society Soiree and receive an additional 10 points for each of their Soiree guests who become a Wellness Enthusiast during the celebration.

• Carillon may change, suspend, or cancel the Program at any time with notice.
• Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
• Program changes will be communicated via email.

• You may opt out of the Spa Society program anytime by contacting us.
• Carillon reserves the right to terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or misuse.
• Upon termination, unused points will be forfeited.

The Carillon Rewards Club is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carillon disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Carillon does not guarantee that the Program will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the Carillon Spa Society shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
