The Strand at Carillon Miami offers a modern American dining experience with a coastal twist. Our carefully crafted menu curated by Executive Chef, Christopher Robertson, celebrates local, regional, and domestic sourcing, enhanced by global flavors and techniques. At the cocktail bar, handcrafted cocktails are paired with scenic ocean views.
