The Strand at Carillon Miami offers a contemporary Mediterranean dining experience. Our carefully crafted menu curated by Executive Chef, Christopher Robertson, sources ingredients from local farms and places a spotlight on Florida’s organic community. At the cocktail bar, handcrafted cocktails are paired with scenic ocean views.
