The Strand at Carillon Miami offers a contemporary Mediterranean dining experience with cuisine that’s inspired by Executive Chef Simon Apollonio’s Italian roots. Our carefully crafted menu sources ingredients from local farms and places a spotlight on Florida’s organic community. At the cocktail bar, handcrafted cocktails are paired with scenic ocean views.

Fresh, healthy and delicious

Take a seat at one of the Strand’s indoor or outdoor tables right on the water’s edge and dine on vibrant Mediterranean dishes like black ink taglioni or sea scallops served with zucchini, capers lemon juice. A Wellness menu offers your choice of grilled protein with two vegetable sides.
