An Iconic Venue Transformed into a World Class Culinary Destination

Tucked inside Carillon Miami Wellness Resort, Tambourine Room by Tristan Brandt blends global influences with the rich artistry of its Art Deco beginnings to create a symphony of French and Asian cuisine. Acclaimed Chef Tristan Brandt draws deeply from his experience in Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe and Asia to craft a genre-defying tasting menu where bold flavors and refined technique play in perfect sync.

Once the crown jewel of Miami Beach, Tambourine Room opened in 1958 as a space for cocktails, conversation, and a haven for jazz legends.  Nearly 65 years later, Chef Brandt and his talented team breathed life once again into the iconic venue through a reimagined lens of contemporary fine dining.

Chef Brandt recommends pairing each course with a curated wine selection to enhance the refined intricacies of the ingredients for a deeper sensory experience. This season, the experience is now heightened with new cocktail pairings — liquid symphonies, blending rare spirits and unexpected flavors that echo the evening’s unfolding narrative.

We honor the land and sea through regenerative sourcing and return every unused element to the earth through composting.
