Chef Logan McNeil of Tambourine Room by Tristan Brandt joins forces with Chef Juan Camilo Liscano of Palma for a one-night-only collaboration that blurs the boundaries between the two acclaimed kitchens.

Together, they present a 7-course tasting menu crafted in harmony, thoughtfully paired with a curated selection of Rare Champagne. Each course is a dialogue between chefs, designed to showcase technique, creativity, and shared passion at the highest level of dining.

A Journey Through Taste and Champagne

An Elegant Prelude:

Your evening begins with a welcome drink and a seasonal amuse-bouche, served in the lounge upon arrival.

 

The Main Event:

Guests are then invited into the main dining room for a 7-course tasting menu, thoughtfully composed by both chefs. The menu is complemented by 3 curated champagne pairings throughout the progression of the meal, designed to enhance and elevate key moments of flavor. The experience concludes with a crafted dessert cocktail pairing, offering a final expression of balance and indulgence.

 

A Lasting Impression:

To end the evening, each guest will receive a take-home gift curated by the chefs as a lasting reminder of the collaboration and the experience shared.
