Celebrating our Local Growers
The Farmers Market at Carillon celebrates the rhythm of the coast and the richness of local life through a marketplace shaped by regional growers, sustainability, and a shared commitment to nature, community, and wellness.
On the third Sunday of each month, guests and neighbors gather by the sea to discover fresh produce and artisanal foods from regional growers and makers.

Celebrating Autumn's Harvest
- Discover fresh produce from Farmer Mike’s U-Pick
- Sunshine Organics for additional local tropical and exotic produce.
- the biostation will offer bespoke functional nutrition energy drinks tailored to individuals’ needs, combining the benefits of organic produce with pharmaceutical-grade vitamins, B12 shots, and Nutrient IVs, as well as complimentary InBody scans to measure body composition metrics.
- Love Loaf for artisan baked goods.
- Artzybella will be offering flower bouquet-making classes.
Compost for Life, will not only handle waste mitigation by converting all organic waste into compost and recycling glass and aluminum, but also educate visitors on how to implement composting at home.
