Carillon Cares Cocktail

Celebrating International Women's Month

Carillon Cares Cocktails aims to raise awareness and provide support to organizations that are dedicated to uplifting Miami’s environment or community. while bringing the community together creating a sense of connection as you raise your glass for a good cause. Whether it’s a mocktail or a cocktail.

Throughout March in the Strand, enjoy The Rising Phoenix as a cocktail made with Mijenta tequila or as a mocktail made with Little Saints, with a portion of proceeds benefiting
Camillus House’s Project Phoenix, supporting survivors of human trafficking on their journey to healing and renewal. Mijenta will also donate $1 for each cocktail sold on behalf of the Carillon.

Rising Phoenix

About the Cocktail

A tropical blend of pineapple juice, guava puree, lime juice, and hibiscus syrup, offering a sweet, tangy, and floral flavor that’s vibrant and refreshing.

The Inspiration

Symbolizes the strength, resilience, and rebirth of women. The phoenix rises from the

ashes embodying empowerment, transformation, and the power to overcome challenges emerging stronger than ever before.

Camilus House -- Project Phoenix

Transformative program providing housing and support to survivors of human trafficking

Supports women ages 18 and up who have survived human trafficking, guiding them on a path to healing and independence. Through evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma recovery, expert clinicians provide essential care, while case managers assist with employment, income benefits, and the transition to independent living. Along the way, life-skills development is enriched through yoga, art therapy, and other empowering activities.
